DIGITAL MARKETING & CRM MANAGER (E-commerce)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our digital/e-commerce team to drive acquisition and retention to meet and exceed sales KPI’s and also lead CRM. This involves working in close contact with our Retail Marketing, Communication, Social Media, and Content teams. The Candidate will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agencies to ensure performance and deliver direct sales results.

Responsibilities are:

  • Manage digital advertising budget for e-commerce, including Google Ads campaigns
  • Liaise with Retail, Social Media, Communication and Content Production teams to ideate, create, implement, and measure marketing campaigns to support sales targets
  • Develop direct marketing planning with particular focus on cross-platform user acquisition and drive conversion across the funnel
  • Coordinate and ensure coherence of messages and tone of voice across all touch points
  • Manage and optimize the campaign management process
  • Measure and analyze return and effectiveness of all activities supporting business results online marketing initiatives and share results across the organization
  • Owning CRM for B2C and B2M managing the CRM Specialist and guiding the overall approach to CRM.

Desired skillset is:

  • Strong online analytical media background, experience in managing online advertising budget and media agency
  • Has proven track record as an effective digital marketing campaign manager with actual sales results exceeding KPI’s
  • Analytic approach and test and learn culture
  • Knows how to get things done in a complex fast-moving organization
  • Communication skills: written and oral: must be able to build and communicate a Vision
  • Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken; a third language is appreciated.

The ideal candidate has e-commerce, CRM and online marketing background. Has a strong retail approach and a flair for creating marketing campaigns aimed for online conversion. He/she has a creative mindset, a proven track record of developing and managing online marketing campaigns and a passion for e-commerce.
