CUSTOMER SERVICE - AFTER SALES INTERN

We are looking for a talented candidate for an internship project within the After Sales Dept.

The planned activities are:

• being the technical reference in the market and its sales network
• providing customer service and offer appropriate solutions
• promoting ordinary maintenance services with original spare parts.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Bachelor in Foreign languages;
• Excellent knowledge (writing, listening, speaking) in English
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking for a very organized and precise person with a strong problem-solving attitude.
