Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics AX Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX, both in terms of technical configurations and its application.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system.
- System Customization: Participate in the customization and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics AX to meet the specific needs of the key users.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data within AX to provide insights and reports that support informed decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Training: Train and support end-users to maximize their proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX, preferably with a focus on financial administration, control, and sales modules.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems.
