CONSUMER CARE SPECIALIST

Vicenza, Italy

The candidate will join the Dainese Consumer Care Team and will support the end customer of the B2C channel in any issue related to our products.

Responsibilities are:

  • Provide customer service and manage the B2C channel offering appropriate solutions by mail, phone, company site, social channels, etc.
  • Provide information on order and shipment status and order availability
  • Promote ordinary maintenance services with original spare parts
  • Provide technical support to Back Office to ensure timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Be the technical reference for the online channel.

The ideal Candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor in Foreign languages
  • 2/3 years experience in Commercial Back Office
  • Excellent knowledge (writing, listening, speaking) in German and English
  • Good command of Microsoft office suite.
