DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Vicenza, Italy

The candidate, reporting to Head of Marketing, will be driving strategical digital customer engagement and relationships across multiple channels.

The main responsibility will be managing the digital projects supporting optimal use, customer experience and maintenance of digital assets, moving from strategy definition to advertising spending to channels’ management.

Activities are:

  • Define the strategy and coordinate digital advertising, organic storytelling and community management on the major digital platform (Meta, Google above all, others apply) for every brand belonging to the Dainese Group
  • Define actions and plans that will boost Dainese’s relationship with its consumers in the digital and physical world, working closely with the teams responsible for brand and product storytelling.
  • Contribute to successful and well-established partnerships with external digital companies and advertising partners
  • Drive and support the development of digital analytics reports and tools

Desired skillset is:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Digital or similar topics
  • Previous experience in structured companies or web agencies
  • Knowledge and experience of Meta and Google platforms (advertising, posting and analytics)
  • Experience in managing social and digital profiles for B2C brands
  • Analytic approach and test and learn culture
  • Understanding of the dynamics of marketing and of brand storytelling
  • Communication skills: written and oral
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Capability of bringing together cross-functional teams to influence change and ensure work stream alignment;
  • Passion for sports is a plus
