JUNIOR INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST

As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient operation for our infrastructure maintenance and development as well as providing effective support to your Dainese colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide infrastructure and equipment support (network, printers, ecc.) to colleagues and end users

• Provide application support for Office 365 and related tools
• Set up and prepare PC and work position
• Support managing network and used accounts
• Support with maintenance on laptop computers
• Support server maintenance and monitoring

Support coordinating infrastructure and networking partner activities

Qualifications:

• Good skills on installation, configuration and hw/sw maintenance and setup
• Good knowledge of client operating systems: Windows 10 - 11, Apple
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 application (office + Outlook)
• Good knowledge of Serve Operating systems
• Experience on virtualization solutions (Vmware / Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS …)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Knowledge of networking equipment and protocols (Firewall, router, switch, proxy, DNS, DHCP)
