The Candidate will join the Category Dept. of the subsidiary in Montebelluna and will have responsibility on the following activities:

  • Realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of product market, competitors and end users
  • Identify consumer needs and future trends
  • Support the Category Manager in defining an inherent product range and business plan
  • Define product/collection inputs
  • Manage products technical documentation and promotional material
  • Collaborate with the R&D Department for the correct execution of the range plan according to the specifications and timing required
  • Assume the role of facilitator and coordinator among cross-functional teams involved in Product Life Cycle
  • Monitor Product Life Cycle (PLC)
  • Support the Technical Area in the activities of products defects cancellation and product industrialization
  • Collaborate with Marketing Dept. to define a solid communication plan to ensure a proper new product introduction in the market
  • Support the organization of product promotional events, such as conventions, trainings and fairs
  • Provide support and training to the Sale Force.

Required skills and behavioral competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or Engineering
  • 1 year experience in a similar role
