PROCUREMENT PLANNER – Maternity replacement

Campodoro, Italy

The candidate will join the Procurement Team and will have responsibility on the following activities:

  • Suppliers/Customers orders issue and management;
  • Orders progress check, in alignment with Chinese Operations Office and foreign suppliers;
  • Follow-up of production planning, date management/maintenance and workload control;
  • Transport quotation and scheduling

 

The ideal Candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Previous experiences in the role;
  • Accounting School Diploma or Degree in Economics or Degree in Management Engineering
  • Excellent command of Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • Knowledge of modern ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company Information Systems;
  • Understanding of numbers, series, encodings;
  • Proactivity and resilience;
  • Aptitude for problem solving;
  • Fluency in English.
