ShareThe ideal candidate will join the R&D team and will manage the development and maintenance of the current motorbike helmets range from time, cost and quality point of view.
He/she specifically will be the reference for the development of the new helmet’s collection (graphic range, special make-up, limited edition), ensuring the respect of the company presentation calendar.
In this role he/she will have to carry on some operative activities and manage the relationship with the different departments according to each phase of the process: marketing, planning and production plant besides to have a crossing cooperation with all R&D helmets development team. In this purpose, the Helmets PMO will be also required to draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
The ideal candidate, has the following characteristics:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering
- Open to innovation and seeking for new technologies/processes related to his role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
- CAD 3D knowledge is welcome.
- Motorcycle driving license “A” is a plus.

Availability for business trips is required.
