We are looking for a Retail Buyer to join our Retail Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing replenishment for our direct retail stores and overseeing the entire ordering process to monitor stock levels and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the sell-out performance of stores and products
- Support the Buying team by defining minimum seasonal stock levels per store based on sales performance and turnover goals
- Track stock levels at store locations to address and fulfill transfer requests
- Manage daily and weekly restocking of stores
- Handle orders to support initial allocation and replenishment of seasonal items
- Oversee inventory levels at both store and market levels, managing the transfer process at the end of the season
- Collaborate with the Operations and Logistics teams to monitor production launches, understanding lead times and delivery schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores on all replenishment issues.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Engineering
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and modern ERP systems
- Fluency in English; a second language is a plus
