For our store in Porto, reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will manage the following activities:
- Receive customers and analyze their needs, offering the full range of products;
- Maintain and implement a high level of customer satisfaction, offering quality, performance, passion, fun and a valuable customer experience;
- Build customer loyalty, ensuring that the customer receives excellent customer service and excellent product knowledge;
- Ensure the maintenance of the company's standards in terms of service and layout of the point of sale;
- Ensure the application of the Company's procedures in the management of stocks and cash.
The ideal candidate has the following essential requirements:
- Experience, albeit short, acquired in the sales sector, preferably in stores in the sports/clothing and motorcycle accessories sector;
- Passion for dynamic sports;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, i.e. the ability to "delight the customer", offering the highest standards of customer experience;
- Willingness to multitask and flexibility skills to be an excellent team player.
- Friendly and open personality;
- Efficiency and ability to embrace the goal of exceeding expectations in a competitive sales environment;
- Good knowledge of the main computer applications with previous experience in the use of retail management software;
- Good knowledge of the English language. Other languages will be considered a plus.
